Alessandra Provesi, Marketing Manager at Domino’s Pizza will share with the students of the Covisian Academy her experience and insights regarding  the customer experience that differentiates Domino’s Pizza from its competitor.

Provesi’s master class will be part of the fifth session of the Customer Innovation Manager (CIM) program taught by Fabiano Pinto, which focuses on key items related to Digital Transformation and Customer Engagement. This program provides the skills to engineer and implement a new service from customer insight to project execution techniques.

Covisian Academy is the first customer management school, with experienced faculty and offered in partnership with MIP, Politecnico of Milan. Over 20 companies send their customer management senior and middle manager as participants to the various programs. The Academy has attained thus far 350 trained talents, it has involved 20 leaders of cross-industry companies and provided more than 9.000 training hours.
