Customer experience requires a permanent evolution at the pace of technological innovation in order to efficiently meet consumer expectations.

To understand how the “customer experience” (CX) will leverage tools such as virtual reality in the coming years, next Thursday, March 16th at 5:00 pm (Colombian time), the Colombian Association of Systems Engineers (Asociación Colombiana de Ingenieros de Sistemas) – ACIS, will present the talk “How customer service will change with the arrival of the metaverse.”

The academic activity will take place in a virtual format and will be led by Johanna Torres, Head of Innovation in Latam for Covisian Group, the first company in the BPO sector to enter the Metaverse with a customer service. The expert will point out the main changes that are coming on account of this innovative tool and how to make the most of it so that customers can achieve more intense and satisfactory experiences in reality simulated environments.
