The “virtual counter”service developed by Vivocha (a company belonging to Covisian Group) and Infocert, for Agenzia Riscossione-Entrate, is now live, allowing sessions with a referee of the Italian Tax Authority from remote through a video call.
From the 27th of September Italian citizens don’t necessarily need to book a meeting at the physical branch of Agenzia Entrate Riscossione anymore but can easily do it and conduct it online through a video call from their smartphone, tablet or computer.
This means that the same services that were once only available at the branch can now be easily conducted online (e.g. information, assistance with installment, suspension or repayment requests) from the comfort of people’s home.
This change has been possible thanks to the integration of a platform that simplifies procedures of digital recognition of the taxpayer and that allows to exchange documents and digitally sign them, and this is where both Vivocha and Infocert play a key role.
Users can book the session online and receive confirmation via email, with a calendar reminder and all the necessary information to easily connect for the call. On the day and time selected, citizens log in the Reserved Area of the website, click on the section dedicated to the appointments scheduled, and start the video call.
During this first experimental stage, the service is only available in the provinces of Rome, Brescia, Bari and Lecce, but it is set to be followed by Milan, Modena and Bologna in the next few weeks when the service will be gradually extended.
For any further information on the project developed by Vivocha and Infocert, please don’t hesitate to schedule a meeting.
