Covisian Academy is the first customer management school, with experienced faculty and offered in partnership with MIP, Politecnico of Milan.

The first school in which to develop the necessary techniques to face the challenges of Customer Management, breaking the barriers of traditional commercial functions.

Designed and built on the real needs of those who have to embark on a path of innovation with customers and support business objectives, Academy draws on the contributions and encouragement of a business community made up not only of academics with strong business knowledge, if not also by senior managers of companies with priority objectives in the field of Customer Management.

More than 30 companies have participated in the different training courses.

Innovative and visionary paths for Customer Management

We offer a full suit of programs for different target populations.

Covisian Academy program:

— Customer Management Leaders Masterclass

Designed for senior CRM, customer OPS, marketing and digital managers. It covers full customer lifecycle strategies, best practices, enabling technologies and methodologies. Includes case work and case studies.

— Credit Management Leaders Masterclass

Designed for senior credit managers. Covers credit management methodologies and best practices with a perspective spanning from legal framework to technology and innovation. Includes case work and practical case studies.

— Customer Innovation Manager

Directed to service managers and middle managers in customer operations. The program provides the skills to engineer and implement a new service from customer insight to project execution techniques.

— Campus

Its goal is to restrain and strengthen the knowledge for company staff with internal Contact Centers. This initiative is addressed to active and new employees - operators, team leaders, supervisors, coaches, trainers - who need to specifically develop communication, customer relationship and sales skills. The objective of the activities is aimed at increasing individual and team productivity as well as the effectiveness of resources. The program includes initial assessments, face-to-face training, observation of expert employees, case histories, role-playing and learning through activities tutored by qualified professionals in the management of the Contact Center client. Campus training is customized according to specific objectives.
