In addition, GSS has also acquired the BPO business unit of Avanza Group.

The Group expands its activity through the acquisition in some key sectors such as financial institutions, telco, insurance and energy, while adding extra competencies in customer relationship management, through the new BPO unit.
“The acquisition of these new companies allows us to increase our service capabilities for our existing clients, as well as to generate new opportunities with new brands, always complying with the quality standards of the GSS team, reinforced with integration into the Covisian Group,” adds the CEO of GSS, César López Pérez.
“With this transaction Covisian Group continues its international expansion plan, aiming to offer our multinational customers the quality of our services and our expertise in the various countries in which they operate” says CEO of Covisian, Antonio Turroni. “We will now integrate the operational lines acquired with our patented systems, and complement our offer of innovative services for digital customer interaction solutions (Vivocha), our hybrid services for the generation and conversion of digital + human leads, as well as our Customer Management Academy, with the new skills acquired in BPO ”.
“We are evaluating other acquisitions, especially internationally, and not only in the field of BPO in the strict sense. For years, Covisian has invested in innovation and the development of patented tools and methodologies that today, in many aspects, are unique in the world. We believe that this international operation is another important step to make the most of these investments and the competitive advantages they allow “, states Marco Rayneri, Founding Partner of Aksìa Group SGR.
