The Covisian Academy is the first customer management school with experienced faculty and offered in partnership with the MIP, Politecnico di Milano. Today is the launch of the first session of the Masterclass with a first session that will revolve around the “Evolution of the Customer Management” and it will be presented and taught by Lucio Lamberti (Professore Associato di Marketing Multicanale del Politecnico di Milano) e Giuliano Noci (Professore Ordinario di Strategy & Marketing, Prorettore del Polo Territoriale Cinese del Politecnico di Milano). The complete program will have a total duration of 8 sessions which will go on until February 2020, where the attendees will learn more in detail about the new customer management, digital engagement, the digital footprint, the customer lifetime value, change management, agile project management, associated legal & privacy matters, as well as storytelling & project work techniques.

The Customer Management Leaders Masterclass is designed for senior CRM, customer OPS, marketing and digital managers that have an active role in projects with a high strategic and operational impact on customer relationship. The program covers the full range of customer lifecycle strategies, best practices, as well as enabling technologies and methodologies. The program will show real success case to its participants, who will participate actively in the workshops included in the sessions.
