The fifth edition of the school created by Covisian to support talent and face the challenges of Customer Management has arrived.

Academy leverages the contributions and encouragement of an entrepreneurial community of academics with solid knowledge of the industry, premier business managers and world leaders with main goals in the field of customer management.

Since the Academy was launched, the field of  Customer Management has undergone important changes, “The Academy has always set itself the objective of anticipating and spreading innovation and digitization of processes through constant monitoring of the market and its developments” commented Carlo Rosini, Deputy General Manager and Market Director of Covisian, in the interview with CMI.
