Covisian USA participated as a sponsor at the 2026 OLA Tribal Lending Conference, hosted by the Online Lenders Alliance from May 4–6 at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, a tribally owned property. The event brought together tribal leaders, lenders, technology providers and industry partners to discuss the future of sovereign lending, regulatory developments and operational innovation across the sector.

Throughout the conference, discussions focused on how tribal organizations can continue building scalable and sustainable operations while navigating increasingly complex regulatory and operational environments. The event also highlighted the growing importance of technology, operational governance and long-term strategic partnerships in supporting tribal economic development initiatives.

For Covisian USA, the conference represented an important opportunity to engage directly with tribal leaders and industry stakeholders around the operational challenges shaping the future of customer service and lending operations.

As the industry continues to evolve, organizations are looking for partners capable of combining operational scale, governance and technology with long-term strategic support,” said Bart Miller, CEO of Covisian USA. “Our goal is to help create operational models that are not only scalable, but also sustainable and aligned with the long-term objectives of the communities we support.”

The conversations throughout the event reinforced a broader trend already emerging across customer operations and financial services: sustainable growth increasingly depends on the ability to combine technology, operational control and trusted partnerships within the same operational framework.
