Covisian hires a Microsoft executive as Global Commercial Director

Paola Cavallero will lead the relationship with the technology multinational's clients

Covisian Group, a tech company focused on making people’s lives easier through advanced customer management services, has appointed Paola Cavallero, until now Microsoft’s Global Account Manager, as the new Global Commercial Director.

Cavallero, who has more than 30 years of experience in large multinationals in the IT sector (Microsoft and Nokia), consumer goods and the medical sector, will be in charge of guiding the business strategy at a global level and maximizing the contribution of the commercial team. in each of the countries where the company is present.

Her great expertise in the technology sector will be key to taking customer management, design and optimization of the Customer eXperience process to another level.

Paola, who will report directly to Gabriele Moretti, president of the Covisian Group, will lead the relationship with more than 150 clients on an international level.
